Docker SQL Server Windows containers just don't work

After weeks of trying I have given up. I have tried everything to get a Docker SQL Server Windows container running on a Windows 10 Pro laptop. I have tried 3 different laptops but all give the same error. I have reached out to Microsoft and lodged an issue. Everybody was so helpful, but no resolution.

The issue seems to resolve around the Docker image connectivity to the Hyper-V VM.

I was going to demo this at the next SQL Server User Group, but it just doesn't work.

The Linux version works great.

The Windows version not so great.
